What is My Agencies?
My Agencies
The My Agencies feature allows standard and premium vendors to view organizations that they have already created a record with in Bonfire portals. For users with access to updating their organization's information can update it in one place, and push these updates to all the agencies that they do business with, rather than updating the information individually in each portal.
NOTE: All vendor users can view My Agencies and navigate to portals. The Actions menu (Sync and Deactivate) can only be accessed by vendor users with Admin or Edit Organization roles.
My Agencies also identifies missing information, expired documents, and other pending information with the organizations. As well, vendors have the ability to deactivate an organization vendor record, essentially unsubscribing them from that organization's emails.

Accessing My Agencies
For Premium users:
- Log into your vendor account. On the top navigation bar, you will see the My Agencies tab:
For Standard vendors:
- Once logged into a portal, navigate to Settings in the top right hand corner, and then select Global Vendor Record and the Manage my organization button:
Then navigate to the My Agencies tab at the top of the page:
Using My Agencies
On this screen, vendors will see a list of agencies that they do business with and the results could display organizations that have been interacted with by the vendor as well.
You can Search (1) and Sort Agencies (2) – note that incomplete profiles always show first. You can view Active and Inactive agency records (3). You can view details or navigate to each individual agency (4) with the "View details" drop down menu and the "Go to agency" button.
Incomplete profiles
The Status column reflects the completeness of a vendor's profile with that agency. An incomplete profile signifies that there is missing required information that the agency is requesting. This can be updated by clicking Go to agency where the user will be taken to the portal to complete their profile.
Actions
You can select one or many agencies to take actions on:
Sync – This allows a user to push updated profile information (from their Global Vendor Record) to one or many agencies at the same time. One or multiple fields can be selected:
Deactivate – This lets vendors effectively unsubscribe from emails from the organization. Once it is deactivated, the user will not receive recommendations or notices from this agency any longer. This can always be reversed by reactivating the record.
Please note vendors are unable to delete their profile with Bonfire. For any questions, please contact our customer support team at support@gobonfire.com
