You can adjust which notifications are being sent to you via your account settings. This is available to both standard and premium vendors and only takes a few clicks.
1. Navigate to your Vendor Hub by login in and going to Settings
2. Then click on Global Vendor Record -> Manage Global Record
3. Under your Account Settings, you will now have a Notifications tab.
The two options for notifications are Opportunity Recommendations and Invites via Recommendation Engine. Here's a quick breakdown of both:
Opportunity Recommendation – Turning this on enables a user to receive recommendations from our recommendation engine. These are once daily emails that are auto-generated based on commodity codes in your account and the codes being used in new projects being published by organizations. It is turned off by default.
Invites via recommendation engine – This opts the organization in to receive invites directly from organizations using the recommendation engine. These occur whenever organizations use the ‘Invite Vendors’ options, and takes into consideration any matching commodity codes as well as geographic location/regions set up on your Vendor account. *This is only available to the Admin and users with the Edit Org Info role.*
Both options are defaulted to off.
