Problem

When attempting to register for a user account on Bonfire, you receive the following "Bad Request" message after clicking the Create Account button:

Cause

The message is being caused by the browser you're using.

Solution

Try switching the browser you're using. For example, if you're using Internet Explorer, try registering using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. See our Minimum System Requirements page for more info on exactly which browsers are compatible with Bonfire.
