If you have uploaded a file that does not match the requested file type, you will receive a "File type not allowed" error. This means the format of the document you are trying to upload is different from the one being requested.

Convert your document to the file type requested and submitting that. You will be able to know which format is being asked for next to the File Type field in each slot:
