Once a project closes, you will no longer be able to download or view any of your submission documents. You are only able to download and view your submission documents while a project is in the Open Stage, in case you need to make any edits to your Submission.

Once a project has closed, document control transfers to the purchasing organization - just like when a paper bid is dropped off. Once the document control transfers, Bonfire no longer has the ability to freely retrieve your Submission data.

We recommend reaching out to the purchasing organization directly if you need to retrieve a copy of your bid documentation.
