Some organizations use a feature called Past Public Opportunities. If an organization is using this feature, you'll be able to see a tab with the same name on their Portal:

This tab will show you any closed or awarded Projects that were publicly available for this organization.

Note: Not all organizations are using this feature, so you may not see that tab. In this case, the best way to follow up on a Project is to reach out to the organization directly.
