In order to contact Technical Support from the www.gobonfire.com website please follow the process outlined below.

Contacting Bonfire Technical Support from an Organization Portal can be done in multiple ways.
The Organization Portal - The Technical Support Link
Once you are on an Organization home page, you can select the Technical Support link located at the bottom of the screen:
This will take you to a form where you can enter in your contact details and more information about your question/issue (required fields are denoted with a red asterisk).
Once done, select the I'm not a robot checkbox and finalize with the Request Support button.
The Organization Portal - The Help Button:
If you do not see the Technical Support button, you can also click the blue Help widget in the bottom left corner of the page:
From there, you can search our knowledge base for articles that could potentially answer your question:
If you need more help, you can then click to leave Bonfire Support a message which will allow you to provide your email address and a description of how we can help.
